An immaculate 2005 mercury monterey premier minivan. 3rd row, leather, heated and cooled seats, captain's chair second row, premium sound - the works! Rear audio and comfort controls, park assist, 6 disc changer, roof rack. ~110,000 milesthis van is in excellent condition and has been maintained well. The vehicle will come with full maintenance records, from repairs to routine oil changes that have been performed like clock work. This vehicle does have one known issue -- my ford deal tells me that the van is in need of an engine wire harness, which the estimate would cost around $1500 (including labor). We have bought a new focus for my wife, and so i'm just not interested in repairing this issue. It runs fine currently, but there are times when it's damp, or driven in rain, where it will struggle to start, or throw a computer error due to what ford has diagnosed as this wire harness issue. Due to this, however, i'm letting it go far below book value. This car is likely in the good-excellent range, but even priced off the "fair" value, this car lists at $3200 book value.
